Exercise is defined as any movement that makes your
muscles work and requires your body to burn calories. Exercise also known as
activity that requires physical or mentally exertion, especially when performed
to develop or maintain fitness. We are going to tell you what is the types of
exercise that we can do, what is the best time for us to do the activities, how
is the right way when doing exercise and last the benefits of doing exercise.
Firstly, aerobic exercises such as running, swimming or dancing,
are activities that work your cardiovascular system they get your heart rate up and make you breathe harder. This type of exercise can reduce
the risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure,
and may even lower the risk of cancer. For example, brisk walking, running or jogging,
swimming, playing a sport like tennis, soccer or basketball. Secondly, strength exercises, such as weight lifting, push-ups and crunches,
work your muscles by using resistance like a dumbbell or your own body weight. This
type of exercise increases lean muscle mass, which is particularly important
for weight loss, because lean muscle burns more calories than other types of
tissue. For example lifting weights, using resistance bands, using your body
weight for resistance, by doing push-ups, crunches, leg squats or push-ups
against a wall, using weight machines at a gym.
The ideal time to do exercise is on the morning and the evening .
Exercise in the morning is more suitable for Saturday and Sunday because it is
a off day and is a great time to do exercise but we can also do morning
exercise on Monday to Friday if we are good at managing the time. We can do at least a jog in the morning for thirty minutes before going to work because early
morning exercise can stimulate the mind and energy to do daily work. In
addition, the evening exercise is also an ideal time to exercise every day
because not everyone can afford to wake up as early as morning and workout. Do
not worry, there is another time that is also ideal for us to practice daily
exercise. Therefore, workout in the evening can reduces the stress caused daily
because the brain at this moment will act more active and focus on the body
movements. In addition, we can do a heavy workout over the morning because we
have plenty of time to exercise and have enough time to relax at night.
Therefore, we exercise in our free time so that our bodies are healthy.
The right way for us to do an exercise is, we must have a good
trainer to make our daily exercise gain more benefit. A trainer should be the
one who full with experience about exercise. The trainer can guide us how to
bulid a good body. He also can guide us the right way to breath while doing
exercise. Beside that, we mut learn how to arrange our time on our daily
exercise. Such as, jogging on the evening. Other tha that, we must choose the
right way of exercise that suitable for our body. For example, do not overtime
on jogging. It will hurt our body tissue.
A good thing always give impact for us. We can get
more benefits by doing exercise and it may help you live longer. Exercise
can help you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. It will improve your
sleep at night. Exercise also can improved our health. It will pump our
blood and it will flowing through the
body. This will make your body become more vibrant and fresh. Moreover,
exercise can release our stress. We can do a lot of exercise during stress and
we will be able to forget about the problem and think well. By doing exercise,
you will have a strong muscles. This is because there’s a movement produce and
make the muscles more bigger and strong. Last but not least, exercise can help
you to improves your memory. The blood will flow to the brain when you are
doing exercise. Then, it will increase your brain to work.
In a nutshell, exercise is one of the most important things in
life. Exercise is the key to make your life healthier. Taking care of your body
is your priority, so that you can do a lot of things in your life. Exercise
also can help you to improve your mental and physical health. We should do an exercise twice a day to maintain our body fit.
