Why Take A Good Care Of Our Health Is Important


Health is an important part of every individual. Regardless of children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, they must maintain their health in order to survive. One way to maintain good health is to take care of your diet. We can follow the pyramid's nutrition system. By keeping and reducing bad foods for body combinations. We need to be healthy so that we are not lazy and helpless to do anything.

Firstly, we can do the work without any problems. If an individual is in good health like eating balanced diet, eat according to the prophetic sunnah and sleep well, this can prevent us from getting a dangerous disease. Also, if our body is healthy, we can do the work happily and easily without any problems coming because if our body is in direct pain, our body feels weak and helpless to do such thing as cooking, cleaning, walking and many more. In addition, if we take care of the body, our body will not easily become ill because it can prevented in advance. This enables us to work hard enough to carry out our daily activities such as leisure and to face challenges in times of emergency.

Secondly, when we take good care of our health, we can learn comfortably and easily pay attention while the teacher is teaching or explaining. We will always attend our class and not miss one of it. This comfort is due to the fact that we do not have any diseases that interfere with our concentration such as colds, fever, stomach ache, headache and so on. Thus, we need to take good care of our bodies so that we can have a good school day without compromising academic performance in school or in our daily lives so that we can stay healthy and fit.







Thirdly, in our day-to-day life, there are many things we need to do and need as much energy and good health as we want to work to earn a living. So it does require a lot of energy. Similarly, when we want to learn sports, we need sufficient rest and healthy body combinations. We need to stay healthy so that we are not weak and helpless in our daily routine. Therefore, eating a balanced diet and sufficient rest are necessary for each individual to live a more dignified and vibrant life.

Next, there is no denying that prevention is the best way to maintain health. In fact, preparation to provide adequate financial support for health savings is also seen as an important factor. When you have enough money, things will get easier and there may not be much difficulty in dealing with illness. The Malay saying 'prepare an umbrella before it rains' is very relevant in preparation for any possibility especially financial preparation for health. The usual savings method is undoubtedly one of the savings methods that cannot be ignored. But in preparation and planning for the common savings, other alternatives should be planned so that they can truly meet the medical needs as they are.

In conclusion, practicing a healthy lifestyle is our own initiative. If we want our health to be healthy, we must engage in activities that can keep our bodies healthy, such as eating a balanced diet, doing recreational activities, participating in sports activities and getting proper health care. Therefore, in order to support the government in realizing Vision 2020, we must ensure that our health is at its best as our employees, administrators, and leaders are physically, spiritually, emotionally and intellectually able to help achieve the aspirations of leaders to ensure that Malaysia is capable to sit low and stand tall with other developed countries. Therefore, health is a very important asset to us as a Malaysian because as the saying goes, health is more important than a dollar.

Is Drug Good ?



Drugs are a good thing but misused by humans. Drugs have been a major issue in recent years. Every day there are news stories related to drugs that appear on the media and on the radio. Why things like this happen so often. What is the effect on the transformation of the State?

The problem of drug abuse is a major issue for the country. This problem could impede the transformation of government development. The country's progress can be affected by the increasing cases of drug abuse. The existence of synthetic drugs has led to an increase in drug-related cases. This type of drug addiction has a more serious effect.

Synthetic drug use causes worse addiction. Artificial drugs are illicit drugs, often mixed with other substances to supplement syrup. In order to release it, taking it in an ever-increasing dose is necessary because the dosage scale is not sufficient for the required level. Although sufficient, the effects of billing will increase as the body's tolerance to intake increases. With this comes the dependency nature.



Short-term mental illness is also a result of addiction. To enhance the level of imagination and stimulation, various mixtures are introduced by addicts as well as distributors. Regular intake affects the body and brain nerves. Depression and anxiety cause dopamine and serotonin in the brain to decrease which can eventually lead to disruption of the mental nerve. The rise of the mental disorder case is one of the country's problems right now.

The effects of these synthetic drug addiction can also lead to death at a young age. Substances that produce synthetic drugs involve substances that are unacceptable to the body, 'toxic' and harmful. Decreased appetite and weight gain, affecting antibody formation. The long-term effects of addiction can lead to high blood pressure, weak immunization, heart failure and liver damage. Death at a young age, loss of resources to the country.

The effects of this drug will also create dependence, appetite and sleep disruption when failing to get enough doses. Weight loss, paranoid and contagious behavior. In the long run the risks of hallucinations and psychotic behaviors are high. Invasive hallucinations increase sleep disturbances that can lead to sleeplessness for two weeks.

The end result is to resort to violent behavior. Ongoing addiction creates a so-called 'tweaker' or 'craving' of ice, but failing to achieve 'enough' delusions can lead to psychotic, violent and irrational behavior. The level of psychotic behavior, creating threats and risks to both parents and those closest to them is a reflection of the severity of addiction.

In conclusion, the problem of drug abuse is a burden on the country. Therefore, the role of parents, society and the various parties should be integrated. What is at stake is that there is an 'invisible' hand in this matter. The loss of time, cost, energy, expertise, concentration of thought and action involved in this issue must be solved for a prosperous Malaysia.

Junk Food Impact On Health


Junk foods are called fast foods. As the name says they are easy to prepare and can be consumed very quickly. They are low in nutritional value and have fat, salt etc. in it that cause ill effect on consumer’s health. Junk food contains sugar in high quantity, trans fat, polyunsaturated fat salt and numerous food additive such as monosodium glutamate (MSG). They are popular because it requires a very simple process to manufacture and to consume. It is also popular because their taste and has a long shelf life which may not require refrigeration. 
The junk food advertising also plays important role in its popularity. It should be avoided at all cost because it lacks energy and important nutrients required by the body and also has many health effects too. Eliminating the temptation for junk food and developing the awareness for health fitness like going to gym regularly and banning junk foods in schools can be helping in avoid the junk food and also shifting to the healthy foods can help in avoiding it.
There are many types of junk foods available in the market like sodas, pizzas, burgers sandwiches and French fries. There are some foods like cheese chili, pav bhaji (dish from India) and gyro though they are not considered as fast foods but it contain less nutritional value and are made in oils as a result of that it can be considered as junk food. Similarly during the breakfast time some people like to eat cereals and considered them healthy but it contains high quantity of salt, sugar and fat as a result of that it could trigger various problems and has long time effects.
There was a research conducted in 2005 in Minneapolis area were 600 people were interviewed and was found that there are multiple reasons why people prefer it. The chart is based on the 600 people that was interviewed in the Minneapolis in 2005 and was published on the webmd.com by Miranda Hilti.
When people are having excess fat or weight, then person is termed as obese and is suffering from obesity. It is a global problem. Based on the research it is found that 33% of the people in the US are suffering from it. Medically normal body mass index should be between 20-25. But when it is more than it person is termed as overweight. But when person has BM I of 30 or more than he is suffering from Obesity. All this is caused because of trans fat in the junk food.
All the points discussed about junk food above lead us to conclude that junk food does all harm to your heath without providing any health benefits. In order to enjoy good health and a happy life, it is important to cut down on junk foods.

Sleep Well Everyone !


          Sleep well is important for our body. We used 1/3 of our lives to sleep. Sleeping at night is great for the health of our body as we can relax our hard-working bodies during the day. Getting enough sleep can make us feel better. When we sleep enough, we will wake up feeling refreshed, more aware and happier. Sleep well can also restore our energy. There are many benefits of sleep that help restore the human body.

          Growth and recovery of tissues in the body. While sleeping, our brains produce hormones that promote growth and regeneration of tissues to improve  blood vessels. Hormones can increase blood cells and create more white blood cells that help fight the bacterial virus. Therefore, our immune system relies on sleep in helping our bodies recover from illness,surgery and trauma. Because of that, we must take care of our health. Sleep is the main thing we need to take care of because if we do not get enough sleep our body will feel weak and easily sick.

          Sleep well can also strengthen bones. A good night’s sleep affects bone health while sleeping, our bones are in constant, state of repair and replacing the old bone tissue with new ones. In addition, sleeping well can regenerate weak bones due to the micro damage caused by daily activities. Therefore, if we do not get enough sleep we will get sick easily. Examples of bone pain, fractures and so on.

          In addition, sleep well can make the heart is healthier. Quality sleep reduces the burden on the heart as blood pressure and heart rate decrease at night. Meanwhile, people who do not sleep or who sleep too much are at high too much are at high risk for hyperlipidemia. High levels of cholesterol in the blood can cause heart attacks or stroke. Therefore, heart care is very important. Sleep well is one of our heart care so it is not vulnerable to disease. Therefore, we encourage our body to take a night’s sleep because sleeping well is a very easy tips for heart care.

          Next, controlling emotions. Sleep and emotion are closely related. Lack of sleep can cause anxiety and stress. Adequate sleep can help improve emotional. Well, being chronic insomnia can increase the risk of emotional disorders. Such as anxiety and depression. Therefore, we must sleep well enough to prevent us from feeling emotional because bad emotions can make people feel bad. In addition, as a measure of emotional control, we must control our mind. Therefore, we want to be wise in controlling it. In order to control to control the subconscious mind, we need to find solace such as being quiet, calm and getting enough sleep.

          In conclusion, sleep is a major source of health for our body. If a person does not get enough sleep he will experience a weak and tired body. Therefore, there are several ways to ensure that your body has a good night’s sleep. However, the time to sleep is different. Most adults should take 7 to 9 hours a night. Whereas, children should sleep 10 to 12 hours a day. In a nutshell, sleep well is very important for the health of our body.

Commonly known as Muhammad, is the seal of Prophets and Prophet of God in all the main branches of Islam. He was the last Prophet of Islam and no more Prophet after him. He was an influential person to people around him. Everyone adores him through his personal, he will not be rude to others, he respects everyone. He has a noble personalities. He was a role model for everyone. As his followers, every single thing that he did we will follow. Such as the types of food that he eat, what does he did, how he live his life and so on. This is what we call sunnah. Mostly we will follow him on what is the types of food that he eat.

Firstly, you can eat the raisins. Despite their small size, raisins are packed with energy and rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Raisins are naturally sweet and high in sugar and calories, but they’re beneficial to your health when eat in moderation. Eating raisins can help you to improve our oral health, boost bone health, strengthens immunity, amazing for digestion and many more. Eating raisins is also good for a student. It can helps to improves their memory. So that, student can easily remember what they have learn. Raisins is one of the food that you can eat everyday. Raisins can provide you more energy caused by good nutrients. You can eat a raisins one-half cup of our daily. It will quickly give you a benefits.




Secondly, you can eat a dates. Dates can be eaten at any time. Not only in the moth of Ramadhan. They are dried, so that their calorie content is higher than most fresh fruit. It is similar to raisins and other dried fruits. If you are eating dates, it can help you to reduce blood pressure. This is because, dates provides a magnesium which can reduce blood pressure. Dates also can be good for blood sugar balance. This will help you from diabetes. Getting enough fiber is important for your overall health. The fiber in dates can help you to prevent blood sugar levels from spiking too high after eating. Dates also contain several types of antioxidants that may help prevent the development of certain chronic illnesses, such as heart disease and cancer. Dates also help improve brain function. It may helpful for lowering inflammation from the brain which is important for preventing Alzheimer’s disease.



Thirdly, you can try to eat olive oil. Olive oil is a liquid obtained from olives, a traditional tree. The oil is produced by pressing whole olives. It is commonly used in cooking whether for frying or as a salad dressing. This oil also used in cosmetics, medicine and many more. In the diet, olive oil can be eaten whole or chopped and added to pizza and other dishes. This oil also can be used as a dip for bread. The health benefits of olive oil can used as a treatment breast cancer, diabetes, heart problems and high cholesterol. It also can help you in weight loss, improves metabolism and prevents aging. Olive oil also can give benefits for your skin, such as helps you to moisturizes your skin and improves skin health. It is also give benefits to your hair which are keeps hair healthy and also can be used as a pre-shampoo treatment.



Last, you also can eat honey. Honey is very high in beneficial plant compounds and offers several health benefits. Honey is particularity healthy  when used instead of refined sugar which is 100% empty calories. It has been used in medicine for over 5000 years. The benefits of honey is, can help reduce ulcers and other gastrointestinal disorders. Recent research shows that honey treatment may help disorders such as ulcers and bacterial gastroenteritis. Honey also contains flavonoid, antioxidants which help reduce the risk of some cancer and heart disease. All honey is antibacterial and anti-fungal because the bees add an enzyme that makes hydrogen peroxide.

Fasting ?

Fasting in Islam is the practice for abstaining usually from food, drink, smoke, including sexual acivity. Fasting also can help us to maintain our health. So that, we can keep our body health. This is because, fasting will give us many benefits that good for our body. Fasting is not only in the holymonth of Ramadhan, but we can do other types of fasting in the another month. Here, we will show you how fasting can help us to maintain our body healthy.  

As we know, there's many types of fasting that we can do. But, we will introduce to you one of them that you can do to keep your body health which is voluntary fasting. This voluntary fasting can be done every Monday and Thursday in a week so we can get used to it. It also helps control our eppetite and healthy body if added with a balanced diet. With that, our body and mind ill always be healthy and fit also maintain ideal weight and enable us to do activities easily. Otherwise, by practicing this voluntary fasting help us discipline ourselves by fasting because we can control ourselves from overeating that can cause weight gain to obesity and cause unhealthy and not fit to do anything.

According to Dr. Lonny J.Brown in adventures in Therapeutic Fasting, The usual practice in todays’s society is when a person suffers from illness, he or she will take medicines that relieve the illness. Therefore, fasting can also prevent us from getting sick. There are some benefits of fasting for our body’s health, which are can reduce inflammation. Inflammation can be caused by many factors, one of them is an unhealthy diet that has many free radicals. For example, food contain refined sugar, carbohydrates, alcohol, meat, dairy and fried foods . Therefore, fasting is essential for reducing inflammation. In addition, fasting can improve the health of the cardiovascular especially for those who have health problems related to metabolism syndrome. Fasting can improve cardiovascular function, blood composition and blood pressure. Fasting can also improve people with diabetes and high cholesterol. Therefore, the practice of balanced food during the breaking of fast is strongly encouraged tp avoid us from obtaining the recipe. For instance, eat no less. Next, fasting can also reduces blood sugar levels within a few days of fasting, blood sugar will decrease by more than 30%, for those with hyperglycemia. Sugar drops will ooften make a person feel less energetic, but blood sugar levels will be stable when fasting continuously. Therefore, fasting can prevent from getting illness in the body.





Fasting is one of the best time for us to exercise. When fasting, we usually feel the body will become weak. This is not a reason for us to not exercise. If we are not doing exercise, we will not be able to maintain health and our body weight will increase. This is because, the time of prophet Muhammad s.a.w, he also fasting during the war. So do we. Fasting is not our barrier to do things daily like other people, we can also be as other people can do everyday and work out. But we need to choose a good meal when it comes to dates so we can do our exercise easily at the best times.

Breaking fast should choose good food and a little bit so the body does not become weak and lazy because of eating too much food. It’s best to eat a little later, then take the prayers then eat the rest of the food. Good food to break like 3 dates, cakes and a glass of water. Avoid buying too much food, the end is not spent on the food, as it is too full. Moreover, if we have fasted for a day and continue to eat a lot of food will eventually lead to the health of our bodies. We also need to avoid eating fast food when fasting, it can give a bad impression to us. We should prioritize good food first.
In conclusion, fasting is one of the ways to keep our body healthy. It does not harm, it is even better for the growth of our inner system. Therefore, we are encouraged to fasting twice a week because of its own wisdom. Fasting does not weaken and even adds to health. Fasting is good for yourself.

Healthy Triangle


All of us today are facing an increasing of nutritional challenges due to the way in which we eat, what we eat, how much we eat and the way that we live our lives. Eating a right amount of food may sound daunting, but for many just a few small changes can make a big different to our overall health.


Pyramid food is designed to make healthy eating easier and a triangular diagram that show you the number of each food quantity that should be served a day. Healthy eating is about getting the correct amount of quantities, nutrients. Based on what already contain in the pyramid food like fat, protein, vitamins and carbohydrates. All of the levels have their pros and conts. By following the pyramid food as a guider will help you to get the right nutritious food with the calories.

As we know, pyramid food has a levels of distrubation such as fat, protein, vitamin and carbohydrates . The first level is fat. Parents out there should be serious about this to make their kids stay healthy. Children under 5 years old should have no food with added sugar and salt. This level should be 0 serving especially for kids. For example, chocolate, sweets, oil and many more. Next level  is protein. Everyone need protein in their body to grown up very well. Protein is needed because it can rebuild your body tissues, skin, blood and so on. Our body need large amount of protein.  You can eat a chicken, fish, meat, egg, and more.  Vitamin is also one of the level. We need more salad and vegetables than fruit. This level should be 4 or more servings a day. You can choose to eat any vegetable such as broccoli, carrot, cabbage, green beans and the others. The last level is carbohydrates. Carbohydrates is the main ways the body obtains energy or calories. They consist of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atoms. This should be 3-5 servings a day. You can take a wholemeal cereals, breads, potatoes and rice.


According to the expert of sorrow, everyone should take proper food and order according to the prepared food pyramid. Everyday the quantity of food to be taken as follows the first level contains carbohydrates in eight to twelve meals. For example, fat rice at lunch time. Meanwhile, that second level contains vegetables and fruits. We must take foods that contain more vegetables and fruits in three to five meals a day. For instance, eat fruit and vegetables at dinner time. In addition, the third stage of the pyramid food contains protein which are milk and dairy. We have to take two to three servings for protein. Next, the fourth level in the pyramid food contains fat. We must take a litte fatty food so it will not give effect for our healthy. For example, eat the meals like fish, chicken, egg and so on during breakfast.


In our daily life, we need to avoid eating unhealthy foods. This is because, if we eat unhealthy foods our weight will rise. This will makes us hard to do our daily routine like doing exercise. Another than that, our body will also lack protein. So that, the body will become weak and everything that we should do will not done. We should follow the pyramid food by taken how much the quantity we need and not taken what we don’t really need for our body.


In conclusion, very important that an individual ensures getting appropriate foods and incorporates the principle of good nutrition such as variety, a balanced intake of nutrients and moderation. The best way to meet the daily requirements is to eat a varied diet that combines cereals, fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, legumes and dairy products. Eating a variety of foods daily as guided by the Food Pyramid should provide all the nutrients needed by the body.
