Sleep well is important for our body.
We used 1/3 of our lives to sleep. Sleeping at night is great for the health of

constant, state of repair and replacing the old bone tissue with new ones. In
addition, sleeping well can regenerate weak bones due to the micro damage
caused by daily activities. Therefore, if we do not get enough sleep we will
get sick easily. Examples of bone pain, fractures and so on.
In addition, sleep well can make the
heart is healthier. Quality sleep reduces the burden on the heart as blood
pressure and heart rate decrease at night. Meanwhile, people who do not sleep
